Respite Haven ("we", "us") provides the Respite Haven service. We act as the data controller for personal data processed in connection with your use of the Service.

Payment data (card details, billing address, tax data) is collected and processed directly by our payment provider Paddle — we do not see or store full card numbers.

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Subject to local law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. UK/EEA users also have the right to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. We respond to verified requests within one month.
