How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact us through the in-app support channel and we'll arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
